Location
The property is located in Ingleburn which is 45 minutes south
west of the city centre by train or car. The M5 Motorway goes directly
from Ingleburn to the city centre (and North Sydney).
Ingleburn is a nice town with plenty of restaurants and cafés.
My family have lived in Ingleburn since I was 1 year old. It's an
established, 'laid back' town with a lot less 'hussle and bustle'
than the city centre. One of the other bonuses, is that everything
is cheaper here than the city centre, including petrol, restaurants,
groceries, and just about everything else!
The house is about 4 blocks (about a 5-10 minute walk) from the
main street (shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.) and railway station.

Here is a photo of the local Georges River Nature Reserve where
you can go bushwalking (5 minute drive from the house, plenty of
walking tracks and picnic grounds).
About
half of the locals work in the local area, and the other half commute
to work in the city by car or train. There is a railway line and
motorway (M5) directly from Ingleburn to the city (both via Sydney
Airport).
It takes about 45 minutes by car or train. Sydney trains are modern,
clean, safe and reliable. There are plenty of late trains and buses
from the city for the partygoers.
